Foraging Sea Herbs and Vegetables

I spent a couple of hours exploring the Norfolk marshes like a kid in a sweet shop. The marshes were bustling with wild edibles in every direction to the point it became quite overwhelming. 

 I decided to stick with the sea herbs and vegetables that need little preperarion and would survive the long car journey home.
